Need help overclock i5-4690k to 4.5GHz

Hi all, I just build my first ever PC and I need to know how to overclock my CPU to 4.5Ghz. I actually tried to overclock with my ASRock bios where they can automatically set my CPU 4.5GHz. But the stress test temps seems to be too high(High 70s to low 80s though sometimes it jumps to high 80s for a few seconds) although I passed Realbench for an hour with no problems. Please help.

Some processors are greater than others, yours may not be able to maintain a stable 4.5GHz, my i5 3570k can't go to 4.6GHz no matter what I try. It's just a matter of luck. Not really sure if that answers your question, but if you get BSODs/Temps are too high then you just need to tone it down, you can't always hit your target.
