Need help boosting frames on ARMA 3

I enjoy playing ARMA 3, but I find myself having poor frames on servers, averaging around 11, or 20 if I am lucky. On single player I get a solid 60 frames without any spikes.

Components:

Processor: AMD FX-8350
RAM: 8GB of DDR3 RAM
Storage: 1tb Storage (not necessary, but whatever)
Graphics: AMD Sapphire R9 260

If you have any ideas, I would love to hear it, thank you so much!

Arma 3 is poorly optimised and prefers intel over amd due to better single core performance. Best thing is to reduce the draw distance and tone down some settings to achieve better fps. Worst case you would need to upgrade to intel and you will see 15-20fps boost

hey i have evga gtx 680 gpu and a AMD PHENOM(tm) X6 1090T 3.20GHZ processor and 8GIGS OF RAM? should i be getting only 15 frames on arma 3?WITH CORE UNOPARKING NOW I GET 26 ONLINE AND 50 SINGLE PLAYER IS THERE BETTER WAY TO GET MORE FRAMES WHARTS AMD OVER DRIVE

I HAVE EVERYTHING ON ULTRA AND NO MATTER IF I PUT IT TO LOW OR ULTRA NO CHANGE IN FPS ONLY SHADOWS CHANGES FPS BY 2 FRAMES ?
I DOWNLOADED AMD OVER DRIVE HOW DO I SUE I THOUGH LOL....
