Alright I just got a new mobo and gpu for my laptop I have a 980m and an i7 4710mq that was not changed (but its only 6 months old)
My cpu usage drops from 60~70 to 19 percent in game and that drops my fps what should i do ?
All drivers up to date, I tried everything even reinstalling my windows
It's not the PSU since I just changed from a 180 watts to a brand new 230 watts (1 week old lol)
Also my gou usage drops too after my cpu usage
Specs : 8gb ram, 120gb boot ssd and 1tb hdd
