Planetside 2 high but choppy fps, please help.

Okay, when i spawn into Planetside 2, i get like 80 fps. But when i get into a fight, it drops down to a very, very choppy 40-45. How can i solve this? I have turned down my max queued frames to one, so when i hit alt+f, it says my fps and beside that it says gpu. How can i make this fps not so choppy in battle?

My rig-

Athlon x4 760k oc'd to 4.7 ghz

Radeon r9 270x

16 gigs of ram

It's probably your CPU.

Now It could be the Temperatures of your CPU are getting to high and it's clocking itself down, maybe try reducing the OC.

It could also be that you're only doing a little better than the minimum requirements for CPU, The best CPU you could get for your current mother is an A10-7850k.

That still might not be enough as so many MMOs actually prefer Intel CPUs anyways.
