I had recently done a driver sweep of the 15.4 drivers from amd so I could download the new 15.5 drivers for better "Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" performance. After I used driver sweeper, I installed the new 15.5 driver but I seem to have ran into a problem. I cannot open the Catalyst Control Center! I checked in the control pannel for programs and I saw that I was missing it. When I went to AMDs website, i saw that the 15.5 drivers just include themselves and not any other software. Does anyone know of a way where I can safely get CCC along with the 15.5 drivers? I really need them as they give me an extra 8 FPS in the game I have listed earlier.

Solution
It should include both:

This particular software suite updates the AMD Catalyst Display Driver and the AMD Catalyst Control Center. This unified driver has been updated, and is designed to provide enhanced performance and reliability.

And I'd HIGHLY recommend not using driver sweeper, but instead using the DDU method outlined in the clean drivers section here, followed by a fresh installation of the 15.5 drivers. Download and save the Catalyst installer package first, then install after running the DDU:

Solution
The full procedure is outlined in the "Clean drivers" section at the second link I posted above. You might actually want to read the full tutorial.

DDU is Display Driver Uninstaller and is one of the Wagnard Mobile utilities. It's the absolute most efficient method of providing a clean slate for the installation of graphics card device drivers, which is highly important, unlike with most other device drivers.

Thanks Darkbreeze! Now when im installing the 15.5 drivers, do I use the custom installation or the express installation? because when I used the express installation yestertday, It did not install CCC.

Use custom and be sure to select everything that's relevant. Personally, I don't install the gaming evolved app, but that's up to you. It may have not installed because it THOUGHT it was already installed, hence the reason for using the DDU to get a clean start.
