Can't run games higher than 1920x1080 with VSR enabled

I have crossfire R9 290's and in CCC I've enabled VSR but my games won't show a higher resolution than 1920x1080 in the graphics options. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling CCC, and I have my desktop set to 2560x1440. Any tips from anyone?
