PSU decent for this build?

I am on a bit of a budget. Would the Seasonic ECO 430W PSU be decent enough for this kind of build?

Specs:
CPU: i7 4990
GPU: MSI GTX960 2GD5T OC
Motherboard: Asus H97-Plus
RAM: 16gb RAM (2x8gb)

They are good , mind maybe a bit more power for oc headroom , gtx 960 will boost beyond the 1180MHz (reference) , as will that one. The 12v rail can output 396w , as seen on Seasonics site. There basically the same model as Seasonic S12II 430B as far i can tell. . you can probably find a 500w for roughly the same
