All graphics cards from the last 5 years are compatible with all x86 CPUs from the last 5 years (older GPUs and CPUs are also compatible but you mentioned recent APU and GPU).

Most important is the motherboard (shouldn't be a problem) and the power supply.

Please check the maximum current on the 12V rail or at least tell us what is the power supply model.
Some 750Ti cards need an additional 6-pin connector and not all PSUs have one so be sure to avoid them if your PSU lacks the 6-pin connector.
