When services are "Stopped" they are not operating (turned off) meaning they are not being used. The only way to clear a service is to remove/uninstall the service from your PC. So to answer your question you do not need to "End the process" of the service and is fine being "stopped", unless you think the service is irrelevant being on your computer or is malicious.

I have a game that keeps crashing, "Stopped working" crash. So Im wondering if ending these processes will do anything, cause I tried to do a lot of stuff and it is still crashing. Should I post this as a new thread or?

Oh, so you are using Windows 7 i'm guessing. Yes close all processes regarding to the game that keeps crashing.
What game are you playing? Also is there an error message when the game crashes? If so what does the error say?

Yep. I see some stopped service, so I thought why not close them? And the game is Battlefield 4. Some people get the same crash and some don't. The msg is "BF4.exe has stopped working". It's so annoying.
Yep. I also used ccleaner, jetclean, did disk clean up and SFC /SCANNOW command, and I checked my drivers if they are up to date, checked my windows update too and I even reinstalled the game.
