Maybe twice a day for about 5 min the browsers stop working on both computers in our home. Remote desktop connection and online poker work fine, only the browser stops. I use firefox. My mom uses chrome.
This started happening about 2 weeks ago right when we got a new internet service and started using an ethernet switch.
I know there are setting changes you can make (msconfig , DNS reset, or something like that), but I don't see that solving the root problem as this was not happening before and it just happens periodically.
