Is this PC Build good for gaming?

Hi. I want to play games on medium to high settings. I don't care about ultra graphics but I don't want to run games on low. 1980x1280 and 720x1280 res is what I will play on. Here are my specs
Processor Intel Core i5 3330 3.5 Ghz
Ram 8 GB
Graphics card gtx 650 1 GB
Power supply 300 watt going to upgrade to 450 watt if you know a cheap good psu please let me know.
Operating system windows 8.1
1 tb hard drive. Is this a good PC Build?

yes, that is good, but your graphic card 1GB space will really be a handicap and some games wont allow you to play them. try get and spend another $120 - $200 to get a much better one!

Windows 8.1 is no problem really but Windows 7 is the best for gaming i think, Windows 9 and 9.1 both create problems for games here and their, but i have never seen this myself
