Over paying.
It does not include a operating system but it has a faster CPU (with 4 more virtual cores). It has a GPU 50X faster than the 750ti and Includes 2 times the amount of RAM. The RAM is also lower latency meaning faster RAM. Additionally it has a better quality motherboard.

300+ Probably 400 or so over. You are mostly paying for a unbalanced build with parts that are slow in some areas. And lower quality.
