What Power Supply should i use?

If the computer im going to build will take 487 watts then should I buy a power supply of 480 watts or 500 watts?

if it's using 487 and you use a 480 then it will not have enough wattage.

which parts will you use , PSU usage calculaturs are not very good (I built a PC woth r9 290x and Pcpartpicker and it says 483w and you cant run build with r9 290x on a 500w PSU)

Cheapest good quality PSUs over 500w are all around 60$ so something like this should work if you are not sure

Is this without overclock because if you do intend to overclock you might as well get a 650W.

One of the best PSU's. Its 120 dollars though. 650watt. If you dont like the price fo with the EVGA stated earlier in this post.
