So, I've properly configured an SSD boot drive and an HDD mass storage drive for my PC, but there's one problem. Everything I'm downloading is automatically saving itself on my boot drive rather than the HDD. How can I change this?

Thanks!

yes. in every peice of software you own you'll have to point it somewhere else.

for example, steam can be pointed to save to wherever you want it. it by default saves in the same location it's installed. but you can move the default download folder anywhere you want. Same for your web browsers (default download folder is "downloads" found in your C:\users\(username)\downloads folder) torrent and anything else you have. you'll have to point each one to where you...

There's no option to change default location for downloads?

When you "download" software you are typically using either a web browser, such as Chrome, FireFox, or IE, or a download manager, such as JDownloader. Dependent on the program you are using, you will have to set the default download folder for that program. If you wish to move the default folder for Windows you can look into migrating the entire user folder, depending on your version of Windows, or you can simply change the default option in the software you are using to download.
