So my brother stays up til 4 in the morning playing League of legends SCREAMING to the computer how "he totally killed them" and I'm trying to sleep because I have school and a job unlike him
He uses the desktop which is hardwired to our router (cisco) but my mother has a laptop that she uses at night. I'd like to be able to either turn off or restrict the internet to the desktop via my laptop whenever I need to go to bed and don't ant to hear him keep me up.I'm not a total neanderthal when it comes to tech so I understand "192.168.1.1" and i've read about bandwidth limitation and all but I just need a simple way to turn off or highly restrict the internet whenever I want
