i dont know if this is the right category to post this if not please direct me to the right one
my problem is i cannot open paypal.com not just on my pc in 3 browser but every device from my home network the same error comes up. i have done my research of on fixing the problem but is still persist i have tried going to other network out side my home, using my phone and i can go to the site. tried the ff solutions:
tried the proxy setting to auto detect still no avail
tried turning on off and reset my router still the same
gone to system32 and disable and re enable host, still the same
cleared browser cache/ history, uninstall & re install browser - NOPE
is the re a problem with my home network/router or is it the site that is blocking me?
