Stock H100i Thermal Paste vs Arctic Cooling MX4 paste

So is there anyway to quantify the performance gain when using the aftermarket Arctic Cooling MX 4 paste as opposed to the stock paste that comes with the Corsair H100i watercooler?

Have the Haswell i5 4670K and keen to start overclocking for the first time :)

I just put a h100igtx in my son's PC. The temps are fine - i7 3770k now at 27C idle in a 18C room. I got a H110iGT. Same. I think the Corsair paste is fine.
