Can i combine my GTX 750Ti with a radeon HD7800 i just found

Hi guys, few weeks ago i bought a gtx 750ti for my pc, today i found a radeon hd7800 in my brothers pc which he does not use anymore. Is there a possibility to combine these 2 gpus to upgrade my performance even more? (selling either gpu is out of the question)
If i could combine them, then how would that be done?
Also im a gamer, so its about game performance and quality.

Keep in mind the HD7800 is better than the gtx750ti, if you want to use single card, use the HD7800, and return the gtx750ti, but this is not selling the GPU.

If you want to try use the HD7800 with gtx750ti as Physx w/amd card, check the link for how to, because I never try it so I don't know that will work or not. http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/threads/how-to-use-a-nvidia-card-as-physx-w-ati.119217/
