Which GPU gives better performance with Intel Core i7 4790 or 4790k with 8 GB Ram and 120 GB SSD?

Which one should I pick?
I want constant 50-55 FPS on ultra settings in most games.

EVGA GTX 970 Superclocked without a doubt. On ultra settings on Battlefield 4 you can expect an average of 70-90 FPS while the strix will remain at about 60-80 FPS. The EVGA card is also less expensive.

I do not like FPS games.
I only play Action-Survivor, RPG and strategy.

What FPS will I get with EVGA GTX 970 in the games such as Watch Dogs, GTA V, Shadow of Mordor, Splinter Cell Blacklist and games like these using ultra settings?

Usually from 65-80 FPS on GTA V and around the same for Watch Dogs

Inverse, I need your help it is very urgent.
I was playing Assassin's Creed Brotherhood and suddenly electricity was cut off.
I opened my pc and entered the game, when I try to Access my game it shows "Damaged Save Game" and I cannot access it. What can I do? Please help me.

When the power got cut off, it must have corrupted your game save. That's why it's important to have multiple save games.

Do you have a second game save you can go back to?

I'm not quite sure I never played Unity or Syndicate. I'm assuming that Unity would be as high if not lower than Watch Dogs. I know Watch Dogs was a more graphically intense game so I would say definitely over 60 FPS and to be honest I have never heard of Syndicate but I doubt it is more graphically intense than GTA or Watch Dogs
