I will soon be upgrading my computer very soon but I'm having major problems finding information about what is better and finding motherboards that are available to buy. If you can inform me on what I should be looking for in a motherboard that is compatable with the LGA 1155 chipset (i7 3770k). Also if you recommend a specific product please check if it is available in the UK.

Feedback will be appreciated.

With good Z77 LGA1155 socket based motherboards on sparse, you can very well go for that ASRock Z77M, which has better on board audio solution with 6 audio ports on the rear than the ASUS you previously had in that part list...

According to pcpartpicker Z87 and H87 are not compatable with a i7 3770k Lga 155 socket CPU.
Also I'm not planning to overclock.

LGA 1150 and 1155 are two different things. Therefor, that cpu will not fit Z87 nor z97 chipsets.
Z77 would be the best chipset for your cpu. But since it's kinda hard to find these boards these days, I'd recommend looking for the Asus P8z77-V LK version which gives the best price/performance IMO.

Yea thats one i've been trying to find but the availability sucks. I might buy this http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B008DYLWUW/?tag=pcp0f-21 or not bother upgrading and waiting to buy a new cpu at a later date.

Update:

If you're looking for mATX board get the ASROCK Z77M.

Get this, if want an ATX board:
