Favorites for Bad sectors scans

What is your favorite bootable for scanning for bad sectors on an HDD? I haven't pinned one down and was wondering what you all use. Right now I am using VIVARD on UBCD. I have found other like Inquisitor that does everything.

for me I just run windows disk check and if something comes up that looks to need more attention . say for wd drive use there data life guard tool and if the drive don't pass any of the tests I just look to replace the drive .. that simple ..
