First off, there is no I7-3370 CPU. Most likely, you meant the I7-3770. That CPU at Amazon.com today is $400. This is a CPU that is 3 generations behind what is out there today.

Move up to an I7-4790 which Amazon has for $305. It is faster, and has all of the latest technology. And then you can get away from a motherboard meant for office use, and get a Z97 motherboard. Even an H97 motherboard would be better for gaming than the 3 generation old motherboard you selected.

Now to the video card. The GTX 960 will maintain about 40-45 FPS with high settings. If you want 60 FPS, move up to the GTX 970.

Or wait a couple of weeks for the new AMD 300 series cards to come out, and either get one of those, or watch the Nvidia card for price drops.

Well OP already has the cpu so it may be a carry over from another pc.

Sorry but the CPU talk is WAY off...my PC pile drives BF4 and I run that gen i5.

His setups is fine and a PSU GPU upgrade will prove perfect for his needs

You may also notice that the r9 280x performs a fair bit better and has 3Gb of VRAM. Unless you need HDMI 2.0, it may be a better option.
