Which CPU cooler to OC an i7-4790K?

I have a new i7-4790K on an ASRock Extremem4 Z97 mobo and my Hyper-212 EVO barely keeps it cool enough at stock. I tried OC'ing to 4.4Ghz, load temps were constantly in the low 80's with single cores reaching upper 80's to low 90's, which is too hot. So I need a better CPU cooler.

Requirements..
1. MUST be $75 or under, zero wiggle room here.
2. Must clear all 4 memory slots, currently filled with G.Skill Sniper memory.
3. My case only allows a max height of 160mm for the cooler.
4. My case does support up to 280mm rads.
5. I don't care about water vs air, nor do I care about looks, just need preformance!
6. I have a number of spare 120mm & 140mm fans, so don't mind replacing the fans on the cooler.

Currently, I have my eye on the upcoming Noctua NH-C14S, which should be released sometime later this month and should debut right at $74.99. However, if there are other options available, I am all ears...

Well... Here we go, I checked the compatibility for your RAM with the Noctua NH-D14 and the Sniper series happens to fit. Better yet, I found one going for 74.99 which just so happens to be under $75! Here's a link, if you don't like that website, Amazon has it for $2 more but that would be above your limit, link anyways. The D14 is arguably one of the best air coolers out there... this thing is a beast.

burritobob - I didn't think the Noctua NH-D14 would fit with my current RAM. Will see what other recommendations come in, but it's on my short list now!

Kiril1512 - I know what the high end coolers are and what they cost. Trying to find something with similar preformance at my price range that will fit, not an easy task! Also, both of those Cryorig coolers are taller than 160mm, so wont fit in my case.

It fits, checked the Noctua website, they're pretty good about that. You can check it out here if you'd like. Scroll down a bit to DDR3, the sniper series is supposed to fit.

ahnilated - I used AIDA64. I did try Prime95 at first, took my temps to upper 90's within 30s, so stopped using it.

burritobob - thanks for that site, didn't know Noctua had lists like that.
