Does this website look fishy for buying a new graphics card?

Here is the link: http://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/For-New-EVGA-GeForce-GTX-TITAN_50016828752.html

Me and my friend are looking to upgrade our computers but are looking to save money where we can. We have found this website that claims to sell these EVGA GeForce GTX TITAN X's for $500 per unit (min order of 2 units).

£650 Amazon (New)
£350 from alibaba.com (new)

Seems a little weird to us but we wanted an opinion from you guys before we committed.

Thank you :)

Solution
No, I really wouldn't trust that retailer, considering their options for what you can purchase with you would most likely be getting scammed, Alibaba is an EBay of sorts and since they refuse to use a method of purchase that has sufficient buyer protection such as PayPal or Escrow, I really wouldn't trust that.

Alibaba was in fact a man who thwarted 40 thieves. it is the whole open sesame thing. I guess they are trying to sound like a middle eastern merchant who sells everything. As they are a chinese company and often having scary low prices, I would buy only stuff that you are fine with kissing your money good buy to, and something where getting a junky ripoff is perfectly fine.

Thanks for the response! You have steered us well away from that website. We figured we have a little money to save before we purchase an upgrade from a trusted source.

I wouldn't recommend completely avoiding the website, it's just that specific seller. If something is sketchy and super low priced, and then you check the payment methods that they outline, something is probably wrong. Alibaba is fine as long as whichever retailer on the site is offering services with proper buyer protection then you'll end up just fine. That's not to say you won't get scammed as with any online deal, but you can at least get your money back in the instance that they ship you a rock.
