Overclocking AMD FX 9590 with AsRock 990fx extreme9

i recently bought a new pc with asrock extreme9 and fx9590 , think i have good cooling system(watercooling /11 casefans) but cant overclock this beast above 5gz ...any suggestions?
temp is not my problem..50cpu temp(full load) 44mobo temp (full load ) at 5gz

Oh sweet jesus. 1.55v is the absolute maximum you should feed your processor, if you expect any sort of lifespan. Most people try to stay below 1.5v.

I would try doing some benchmarks. Get FRAPS, and pay attention to your FPS when playing Skyrim and Battlefield 4, and perhaps encode a video. Do this with both 4.7ghz and 5.0 ghz, and see how much of a gain you actually have.

I think you've just hit the limits of the chip. It's basically just a pre-oc'd 8350 and they pushed it so far to begin with there's little headroom for overclocking much further. 5ghz is about standard I believe. Some people get slightly over, others not quite to 5ghz - depends on the cpu lottery.

It's basically an overclocking chip with all the overclocking already used up.

What voltage are you running at? If you are already at, or beyond 1.5v, I would call your quest complete. If not, well, then, you know what to do.

One thing that is often overlooked with overclocking is the temperature of the VRM. The deciding factor between what can take an FX-processor up to and beyond 4.5ghz is the the VRM, and going beyond 4.7ghz is a feat. I'm not sure if ASRock provides a way to take a look at VRM temps, but, if you can find a way, I would.

1.560volt (maximun valuefrom hwmonitor) yes i have 1.7 bios..evrything is so smooth/stable with 5ghz should be happy about that? i mean cant get more power?
the strange thing is when i overclock(with bios) when i try shutdown.. it wont! and dr.bubug shows 04 value
