Windows 8 stuck on we couldn't complete the updates undoing changes

Please help! I just got my computer back from the shop....

if its still spinning you need to wait it out. give it as much time as it needs (like 1.5 days max). probably nothing to worry about.

That long? Ughhhhhh. It is still spinning as that is a good sign

yeah sometimes it can take a long time to revert changes. it may have been unplugged during updates.

The only thing is that before it restarted my computer encountered an error - which forced the computer to restart. Since I did just take it to hp, they said that updates will be slow. So I waited- the updates stopped at 67% then I got to that screen
