Windows 7 black screen with cursor

Hi so after a recent update i booted up my pc then managed to login but then after the login screen i just get a blank screen with my cursor.

So this is what i have tried already:
-restoring ... Worked but then the update happend again.

-ctrl+alt+dlt then new task explorer.exe .... Works but doesnt allow some programs.

-cmd 'sfc/scannow'

Any other help would be great!

Log into safe mode like you usually log in

Open Installed Updates by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Programs, and then, under Programs and Features, clicking View installed updates.

Click the update that you want to remove, and then click Uninstall. Administrator permission required If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

I recommend taking back about 20 updates!

Hi the only problem is i dont have a restore that far back !
