Can you check out my build and see if its good?

Solution
For gaming that is all that you need and more. If you plan on overclocking, I highly recommend getting an aftermarket cooler like the Hyper 212 EVO. If you don't plan on overclocking, I would drop down to an i5 4460 and an H97 motherboard.

As far as gaming goes, you won't need 16 GB of RAM that is that fast.

In my opinion, your paying more than you have to for your motherboard as is.

I don't wan to insult your intelligence, but just letting you know that you by no means need to get a full tower. A mid tower would suffice.

You picked a solid PSU, I actually have the same one in my build, but if I could do it again, I would get a modular or semi-modular for cable management. Check out the link below for a revised build...

4 dollars more but better balanced.
You still don't need an i7 for gaming and 16GB instead of that i took you a better GPU

Admirable
gaming is more GPU dependent. with your budget, you can fit a 980 and still not lose performance anywhere else
