If i change my motherboard and processor but keep my hardrive will i still have windows 8

I am going to put in new gaming parts for my pc. I was wondering if i still keep my hardrive if i will still have windows 8, and if thats a no then if i cant transfer windows 8 to my new pc.

Unless you have multiple hard drives in your pc you have windows on the one hard drive you're keeping. You should be able to plug it into the new motherboard and it be able to boot up

It is always recommended to do a fresh install after changing cpu and motherboard.. I've heard nightmare stories not working properly and some worked fine. So make sure to erase all the drivers and install new.. but i dont recommended.. just do a fresh install
