What graphics Card should I choose?

I'm on a tight budget ($170), but my GPU as of right now continues to overheat and honestly I just want a new GPU. I just got 3 brand new monitors, and I would love to play a game across all three (it is a must), and with the most FPS possible.

Basically, I need a new card that can play across 3 monitors at once for less than $170. Any ideas?

With that price range you are pretty limited to GTX 750 ti or r9 280 atmost , but since 3 monitors and speed is all you care about , you can go with this r9 280 , though it will probably run at low to medium settings , that's the best you can get at your price point.
