Would you build a new PC now?

I was wondering if i should build a new pc during this month, I am a little concerned because everything is upgrading (DDR4, Haswell-E or waiting for Skylake, Windows 10 and the upcoming AMD cards, Acer XB270HU or waiting for the Asus PG279Q) I just don't want to regret any purchase.

No matter when you buy, there will always be stuff coming out later. As of right now, the only thing I would wait on is 144Hz 1440p monitors, especially if you want G-Sync or Free-Sync. Should have a better picture on those by Xmas.

There will always be new stuff coming out and the wait or not argument will always be there along with it.

If you have managed this long without building a PC, then you probably have the patience to wait a bit...but, there seems to be enough good quality parts out for reasonable prices now that I would do it now rather than wait.

Besides if you are waiting, you may end up waiting another year for the better/higher end products to hit for the AMD using HBM and the die shrinkage from Intel...and if there is any manufacturing issues, then that could be pushed back further.
