I had the game running super smooth for a while but now i keep getting these random stutters, usually when driving around. Like the fps dips to 59 then goes back up to 60, putting all settings to normal fixes it but i didnt get a 970 and a 4790k to do that really. Especially when i'm not even using 2.5gb of VRAM ( i only max out every setting and x2 Anti Aliasing and Normal grass) I dont max out the extended graphics settings ( as i dont care for them )
Eh i dunno, tryna figure it out because it's usually pain when you're going fast and it just does that especially in chase missions.
i7 4790k @ 4.5ghz
gtx 970
8gb RAM
I run with VSYNC on and VSYNC off its the same, i have it on at 60hz (because gsync doesnt like GTA 5)
I have checked CPU parking and they are not parked.
I also checked power settings and they are fine. My Temps are fine and there is no issue with drivers or cpu/gpu overloading.
Any help would be amazing! thanks friends!
