First Build Attempt Feedback (Quiet Gaming PC)

Hi I am completely new to building PCs and PC gaming in general. I would like to build a system that can run most games on high settings and do it relatively quietly. After doing some research I came up with this build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Zkr7Jx , but I would like to maybe cut costs a bit more (if possible). Does anyone have any recommendations?

Also if my build is complete crap please let me know, this is the first time I'm building a computer so I would like all the feedback I can get.
