Im looking at getting a gtx 960 ssc but need to know if my mother board and psu will be able to power it.

You'll have no problem using that PSU, if you can afford the 80+ bronze version of that PSU get it, its well worth the $5 bucks difference, if budget is really tight, well, you can let it go. The motherboard is also compatible with that video card.

Yes the PSU is more than enough and is fine as is the mobo
