What the heck is a Service address for AT&T?

I am trying so hard to get service on my PS VIta and no matter what credit or debit card i use it always denies it. it asks for something called a service address but no where online says anything about a service address so what the heck is it? Is it a fancy say of saying what my home address is or is it my IP it is asking for?

The "Service Address" is the location that AT&T has listed on your account as to where you receive the AT&T service. This may or may not be different from the "Billing Address" (more often, they are one in the same).
