Watercooling sli setup

So I have two gtx 560ti in sli. I just got a gpu block and was planning on putting it on the top card. But then I got to thinking, wouldnt the bottom be better to Water cool, giving the top one more air flow? But how to switch the bottom to be the primary, does this even mean anything?

Edit: I run two monitors and a tv

So I am clear, you intend to water cool one of the cards and leave the other one on air? What would be the purpose of that?

I had SLI 560Ti's both watercooled with my CPU in a loop. They are decent cards, not fantastic - did OK with 2, but why only watercool one card and not both?

Sorry was on vacation, I just recently got the 2nd card and water cooling setup from my brother and don't have aa 2nd block/ money for it yet lol my Temps are fine though so I will save up and get another mcw82!

I have 2 MCW80's, they worked great. Hopefully you are going to make sure you cool VRM, vRAM and MOSFETs on the cards?

Yea I actually bought a full 560ti heatsink but turns out my card wasn't reference! Lol oops, so I just sold my 560s to my friend, scrapping the sli idea and buying a new 780ti, I posted a build log check it out!
