So here's the deal. I have 2 computer monitors and I would like them to have the same output while playing games so somebody else can just watch on the second screen. I currently have each monitor on different GPU(One is GTX 970 and the second is AMD 6770 HD). I tried to clone the view of the first monitor to the second from NVIDIA control panel but it won't recognize the second monitor as it is plugged into the AMD gpu.

Any way I can do this?

Well my minitors do no support Displayport or DVI only VGA and GTX 970 has 1x DVI-I,1x DVI-D,3x DisplayPort,1x HDMI. So I have 1 monitor with DVI-I to VGA adapter and the second monitor on the second GPU that supports VGA.

So THERE IS reason to use the AMD GPU.

Impossible to run these two cards at the same time. you're going to need to use a DVI cable. But €40? Can't you buy a cheaper one somewhere else? Anyway vga is only good for lower resolutions.
