Will Everything Fit? Will The CPU Cooler Clear The Memory?

Hi. So I've just ordered the last few parts for my new gaming build and am a bit skeptical about buying the last part, the CPU cooler, as the intel one just plain sucks. I was planning on getting the CM TX3 and am worried if it will clear the RAM sticks on the H81I-Plus, as I already have that motherboard beside me now and looks as thought its very close. So what do you think? Also just in general, will everything fit snugly into the case? :)

Thanks for your time!

Solution
Think you'll be fine mate - the tx3 is quite slim, the ram isn't that high.
Worst case scenario - you can spun the cooler round - fan to the back in a pull configuration.
