can my pc specs enough for seidon 120v plus cpu cooler.

my pc specs are:

i7 4790 3.6ghz
Gigabyte H97-Hd3 mothervoard
8 gb ram
gtx 960 2gb asus strix edition
cooler master 600w thunder powersuply

The Seidon will work with no problem, however there's no need for it as the CPU is locked, if it was a K model CPU and you planned to OC it, then you would have a need for the better than stock cooler. It's sort of wasting money you could use elsewhere

No, H97 motherboards don't support overclocking (most of them). And your processor doesn't have a K on it so you can't overclock.
