Does the AsRock H97 Pro4 need USB 3.0 drivers for Windows 8.1?

I am building a PC today and was wondering if there were any USB 3.0 drivers. I looked at the drivers website and didn't see them there.

Are there any USB 3.0 drivers or what?

Also which drivers do I need from here, got a bit confused with all the Intel ones that are there.

H97 has integrated USb 3.0 support. I suspect that the Intel chipset driver probably includes it.
There is no separate USB 3.0 driver for Z97 and H97.

I would get the audio, INF, Intel Management Engine and LAN. The rest is optional and depends if you need them e.g Appcharger.
Restart to UEFI is probably handy if you want to boot to the UEFI from the desktop. Start8 is optional if you prefer the Window 7 style start menu.
