Hello,
I've had this laptop for awhile and sometimes my keyboard and mouse randomly stop working for a few secs any clue why? (other programs/games/movies doesn't forze during that time)
Thank you!

If you defrag your hard drive, it is possible for superfetch (listed in services) to load apps into unused memory
but not execute them. superfetch is an embedded ai function that sort of acts like a smart-aleck secretary
and will fetch stuff you didn't ask for. since there is no interrupt for a hardware read, the entire system can
effectively freeze until the disk stops operating. if the disk operation light is on when you notice these freezes,
try going into services: start>run>services. scroll down to superfetch, left click on...

if you notice an improvement, you may be forced to shutdown superfetch after startup ( I do as a matter of
course). cheers
