Notes:

- The G3258 even with default cooler can be overclocked up to 4.6Ghz (its stock speed is 3.2Ghz).
- A overclocked G3258 is a budget gaming beast that even competes with Intel i3 and only some 10-15 FPS short of i5 4690K.
- The Z97 board and Antec quality 620W PSU at steal price, given great flexible future upgrade path to any Haswell/Haswell Refresh/Broadwell i3/i5/i7 non-K/K processors and any single high end GPUs either from AMD or NVIDIA.
- See this G3258 Gaming Benchmark - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0LDM43_cKn0
- This setup can run "Just Cause 2" including the modern present and upcoming titles with ease (GTA V, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt etc.)
- Just Cause 2 - Desert Sunrise, a solid 60+ FPS Benchmark Intel Pentium G3258 4.4GHz - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=avKGSyqO_3w
- The GTX 960 even outclass the AMD mid-range heavy weight R9 280.

Check these GTX 960 benchmark videos:

The Witcher 3 GTX 960 vs R9 280/285/280X Benchmark Frame-Rate Test
Grand Theft Auto 5 PC: GTX 960 vs R9 280/R9 285/R9 280X 1440p Benchmarks
GTX 960 vs R9 285/ R9 280/ GTX 760 1080p Benchmarks
GTX 960 vs R9 285/ R9 280/ GTX 760 1440p Benchmarks

Overall a solid budget build that can run Just Cause 2 very high settings, will run even the upcoming "Just Cause 3" with ease, gives great future upgrade options, a great value oriented budget build with Windows 8.1 OS. If you don't need the OS, then the price even comes down to $517.62.

Cheers!
