My laptop specs:
-Windows 7 64 bit
-Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4200M CPU @ 2.50GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.5GHz
-Memory: 6144MB RAM
-Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 8570M
-Directx: 11
My laptop passes the minimum requirement marginally. I want to know if I can play the game with stable fps and minimal stutter/lag.I'm not a native speaker so I hope you can understand me. Thank You.

Yes you very well can, but with everything set to low. Check this video to have an idea. Dragon Age Inquisition HD 8570M 2GB - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xGc5CtmGCZQ

That person has an i3 with only 4GB RAM. Yours is i5 with 6GB RAM, so you certainly has the advantage here and may get slightly a better experience than that person.

Your question - "How about when there're many enemies/spells and such?"
Watch the full video I've mentioned above. In the end of that video, you'll some fighting going on with enemies where spells are used. If that's not good enough, then I think you've to find out yourself.

Cheers!
