I have an MSI R9 270 and last month I bought Wolfenstein The New Order. I thought i was up to date on drivers but apparently not, so after seeing nothing but a mess of blue squares on screen when I started the game I went and got the latest driver, not sure what it was to be honest. Everything was fine, then it failed, screen went black, open programs would close down, then it would all start up again with an error prompt saying something along the lines of "AMD Driver has failed".

After a week of this I downloaded the beta driver for GTA V since that was the newest. Seemed fine for a day, then the same issue. A week later, got the Witcher 3 Beta, same thing. As of now I'm on the latest Omega driver which I think is from last year and yet I'm still encountering this issue. I figured perhaps it might be because I am using dual monitors but I've had this set up for a few months and it only happened after installing the drivers needed for Wolfenstein. Any ideas?

Check GPU temps.
And about drivers.

Use this http://www.guru3d.com/content-page/guru3d-driver-sweeper.html
And follow instruction :
Use the official uninstaller(s) of the driver(s) you want to uninstall.
Reboot your PC in Safe Mode.
Run Driver Sweeper and select what to clean.
Analyse lists all the entries possible to remove, cleaning removes the entries selected.
Reboot to normal mode.
Install fresh drivers.
