my max payne 3 is not working in windows 8 64 bit .It was working in windows 7 32 bit but after installing windows 8 64 bit it stopped working.it just keeps crashing on startup.

Try this: Go in Max Payne 3 files. Should be C:>Program files>Steam>Steam Apps>Common> Max Payne 3

Right click Max Payne 3.exe (or similar) Click Properties> Click the Compatibility Tab> Click Windows 7

If things aren't as I said come back and let me know.. different games are different sometimes.
