So I would love to reset my pc to factory settings but I get error msgs everytime I try to do something in advanced options and in update and recovery.
This is what the error message says:

The only discs I got with my Dell XPS 8700 was a Drivers and Utilities disk.
Does anyone know what the solution to the problem is?
