I built a new PC and used my old hard drive and I don't know what boot device to select

I recently built a new pc, everything except hard drive and disc drive, and I turned it on everything worked fine but I kept getting the startup repair menu. I didn't wipe my hard drive before I put it in because I figured my new os system I bought would do it for me. Well, I'm now on the asrock UEFI menu by pressing F11 when the pc first turned on and its telling me to select boot device. I want the new is to start and install (its already in the disc drive) but I don't know which one that is, this is my first PC I've built. My options are.

AHCI PO: Hitachi HDS721010CLA33

AHCI P2: ATAPI. iHAS124

UEFI: (FAT). ATAPI. iHAS124

Enter Setup Boot Default

Now, I didn't put all the SATA (that's what connects the drives to the mobo right?) Cabels right next to each other because it wouldn't have fit right, if that makes any difference.

Which one of those will allow me to install my new OS so I'm not in a continuous loop of the startup repair screen?

You're getting that because it's trying to boot off the old OS.

Your P2 is probably the DVD drive. Boot from that.
