Overclocking AMD 860k w/ Stock Cooler

I want to over clock my AMD 860k but I do not want to spend money for an aftermarket cooling solution.

How many Mhz will I be able to get out of the stock cooler? I want to get my AMD 860k to at least 4 Ghz (It is at 3.7 right now).

My budget gaming build:
MSI A78-E35
600 Watt 80+ Bronze EVGA Power supply
EVGA SSC GTX 960
AMD 860k
Samsung 830 EVO SSD
Micro ATX Case
1 TB WD Green

It's never a good idea to overclock on the stock cooler. The 860k's stock turbo speed is 4.0ghz anyway. You wouldn't get a great overclock on that motherboard even with a decent cpu cooler.

Ask yourself a question: do you want to spend $30 and overlock your cpu with a new cooler or do you want to spend $120 replacing your motherboard and cpu when it overheats because you were being cheap.
