I need help clarify my doubts.

Little by little I'm changing components, and in my country (Argentina) the price is too high relative to hardware, most of the hardware, here the price is double.

So, here is my pc:

CPU: i7 3770K @ 3.5GHz stock.
Motherboard: Asus H61M-K.
GPU: Sapphire Dual-X OC R9 280x.
HDD: WD Caviar 500GB.
RAM: Kingston 4GB DDR3 1333MHz.
PSU: 650w Topower.
CASE: NZXT H440.

For now I'll just change the ram for this:

Pro Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8) 9-9-9-24 1600MHz.

But later I plan to buy and update the following:

Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth Z77 or Asrock Z77 PRO3.
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i.
HDD: WD Caviar Black 2TB SATA 3 6Gb 7200rpm 64Mb.
SDD: Samsung 850 Pro 256GB.

My question is if I install the ram, and use this PSU. If not, I have given these PSU's. What is the best choice, if in the future change GPU, or maybe do sli (GTX 970 x2) or crossfire (Sapphire Dual-X OC R9 280x) ?.

- Cooler Master Full V850 80 Plus Gold Modular.
- 80 Plus Platinum Hx850i Corsair 850w.
- Nzxt Hale90 V2 Full 850w Modular 80 Plus Gold.

Finally, I am now playing at a resolution of 1366x768, should move to a 24-inch LED monitor Full HD (1920x1080) would have much loss of performance in terms of fps, or better would make a GPU update?.

I hope to make myself understood, and I would appreciate a lot to clarify this to me.

You will be fine with an r9 280x, even at 1080p. The 280x is a great budget card and will run every game today at 60+ FPS...

980 TI & 1080p would be great.

980 TI is only $650 USD and is basically a titan.

And yes, you will lose FPS, but your framerate will be so high it won't even matter.

As for the PSU, I'd go with the Corsair. It's a 80+ Platinum opposed to the Gold ones.

Thanks you for the quick answer!.. so I will be fine with r9 280x full hd?.. or would be better if I do keep it with 1366x768?.. anyways for now I just will upgrade the RAM, so, to upgrade it, I should upgrade psu first?.

the gtx 980 is very powerful, but the bad news is that in my country is sold for $1,666 USD, so I have to save money and wait.
