So recently I have been getting this screen, when I play a video

only my monitor freezes because i can still hear the video playing the audio,
Ive recently overclocked my GPU and did not get this kind of crash/freeze during the process of doing so, Heres what I have:
AMD Radeon 7870 HIS IceQ
Power Limit (%) --> +20
Core Clock (MHz) -- > 1175
Memory Clock (MHz) --> 1375
I was wondering if my overclocking could be the cause of this freeze, if not then what could be the cause? Also any suggested fixes are welcome.
